Martin Keeble - General Operations Manager

Martin started his career in the marina industry at the age of 21 in small craft production as a laminator, working on the shop floor for 2 years. He has extensive experience in pattern and mould making and working with designers of the Dart, Laser and Pico boats from concept. Martin ran the Penryn operation for 24 years before closing the units. Eight years ago Martin joined Mylor in the stores and then ran Marine Trak along with Nathan when Mylor bought the business. About five years ago he was moved to the operations side of Mylor to run the shipwrights, working closely with them as a team to achieve the highest standards of workmanship and quality in all their work. Outside of work Martins enjoys a spot of DIY, walking the dog, good food and drink.

Nathan Percival - Engineering manager

Nathan Percival - Engineering manager

Nathan has been working at the harbour for 16 years, starting at the tender age of 18. He learnt his trade alongside his parents in Marine Trak Engineering and has an extensive knowledge of different engines and engineering issues. When Mylor Yacht Harbour bought Marine Trak in 2006 Nathan took on a more senior role in the company and officially became manager of the department in 2010. In his spare time Nathan enjoys football, both playing and watching, but due to injury has taken on the managers role at Falmouth Athletic FC DC.

Spencer Riley - services manager

Spencer Riley - services manager

Spencer (Spike) began at Mylor way back in 1985 as a rigger, a position he held for about 5 years when the rigging work was given to the chandlery. He then became part of the yard team, moving vessels ashore and lifting boats in and out of the water. 2011 sees Spikes job title changing again to Services Manager with the responsibility of managing the shipwrights, painting GRP and yard departments at Mylor. He enjoys sailing and tries to get out on the water as often as possible. He has been seen racing in the classics but has yet to beat his fellow staff competition!!!

Matt Oakes

Matthew's role at Mylor has changed somewhat over the years, starting off on the Marina and progressing to Marina Manager and now Development Manager. A local boy, Matthew grew up in Mylor and followed his passion for all things nautical through his training as a commercial diver and his degree in Underwater Science. Joining Mylor in 2000, he has gained many years of valuable experience in the marine industry. As development manager he can put his organisational skills and technological mind set into good use and support the whole company.
