- Complete the Relaunch or Haul Out instruction form below, ensuring that you enter a range of dates to avoid disappointment.
- Complete the mandatory fields including signature and date. By filling out the form and submitting it to us you agree to our Terms of Business and give us your permission to carry out the work.
- Submit the form using the "submit" button, via email.
- Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you have received verbal or written confirmation of the date booked from Mylor Yacht Harbour.
- When you have received confirmation of booking, payment can be made over the phone, by post or in person.
