Roger & Dinah Graffy - Directors
Roger & Dinah Graffy bought Mylor Yacht Harbour in December 1997. Since then they have managed a programme of development that has seen the renovation of a Grade II listed building, originally part of the Naval Dockyard and Victualling Station, into seven 4-star self-catering holiday apartments, the reclamation of the Admiralty Quay and the valley above the dockyard, and the building of a 150-berth marina with spacious pontoon berths. Roger and Dinah have worked hard to ensure that Mylor Yacht Harbour works with the local community to conserve the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty surrounding the yard and marina.
Martin Keeble – General Services Manager

Culum Matheson - General Marina Manager
Culum started working for the marina at the beginning of 2004. He has always been a strong leader and is well respected within the harbour. Taking over from Matt he is now the general marina manager encompassing not only marina operations but also the shore storage of the boats, the accommodation aspect of the business and marketing. He is a keen sailor and has owned a Dolphin 31 for over 5 years, racing in the local COGS series - often surprising the competition!
June Hawkins – Finance Manager
June manages our accounting and finance, supporting the rest of the management team with her expertise. Joining us in 1996 as an Accounts Clerk, she has gained AAT qualification whilst maintaining a full time position at the harbour.
Matthew Oakes – Development Manager
Matthew's role at Mylor has changed somewhat over the years, starting off on the Marina and progressing to Marina Manager and now development manager. A local boy, Matthew grew up in Mylor and followed his passion for all things nautical through his training as a commercial diver and his degree in Underwater Science. Joining Mylor in 2000, he has gained many years of valuable experience in the marine industry. As development manager he can put his organisational skills and technological mind set into good use and support the whole company.
