Mylor Yacht Harbour is a thriving marina, harbour, boatyard and holiday destination in a beautiful location near Falmouth in Cornwall, offering a full range of boating repair and refit services along with berthing, mooring, storage and holiday accommodation.
An opportunity has arisen to join our team as Maintenance Supervisor. The purpose of the role is to oversee, organise and carry out site maintenance including buildings, holiday accommodation, car parks, facilities and grounds. The ability to provide excellent customer service and a high standard of work is essential.
Maintenance Supervisor Position – Overview
- Lead a team of two to maintain the smart, clean, tidy presentation of the site
- Work closely with other departments to maintain smooth operations
- Monitor and maintain site systems
- Resolve ad-hoc maintenance issues alongside an annual schedule of regular tasks and projects
- Appoint and oversee contractors as required
- Liaise with customers, leaseholders as required
- Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
Maintenance Supervisor Position – Requirements
- Strong practical skills
- Experience and knowledge of maintenance practices
- Knowledge of general building and construction methods
- Experience of working with site systems, such as plumbing and pumps
- Full UK driving licence required.
