Customer Update from Mylor Yacht Harbour: 05/01/21

Good Afternoon

As well as wishing everyone a Happy New Year, I’d just like to take the opportunity to quickly update everyone on what’s happening at Mylor Yacht Harbour in light of the latest lockdown situation.

Fortunately, the latest guidance permits us to continue to work, so all the Marine Team Services including lifting, launching, engineering, electronics and shipwrights services all remain fuIly operational. Staff will be on duty on the marina and although the offices are closed to visitors, they will also be staffed so please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email if you have any questions or if anything is needed for your boat. Some staff will be working from home as per the guidance but will still be able to act on any requests.

However, as the Government guidance is to ‘stay at home’ apart from specific exemptions, we are mindful that this will mean that visiting your boat is probably out of the question for now, but rest assured that the team here will be keeping an eye on things. If there is anything specific that you would like checked, please do not hesitate to contact Assistant Marina Manager Tristan Vivian on 01326 372121 or email tristan.vivian@mylor.com or alternatively contact any member of staff who will pass on your message.

Best wishes to you and your families and let’s hope that the precautions we take now combined with the vaccine potential will make for a good season ahead. I look forward to seeing you at the Harbour soon after this lockdown is over.

Best regards

Neil
