Customer Update from Mylor Yacht Harbour 24.03.20

Following the Government advice broadcast last night, to play our part in stopping the ongoing spread of Coronavirus, we have made the decision that Mylor Yacht Harbour will be temporarily suspending all services until further notice. It’s not a decision that has been taken lightly but we feel that it will ultimately be in the best interests of all our customers and staff.

There will be a general monitoring and security service on site and some of the team are working from home so people will still be keeping an eye on things and answering phones and emails. There will not, however, be any launching or lifting, repairs, fuel, water taxis or other services. We will look to reschedule and catch up as quickly as possible on all suspended services when Government advice changes and whilst we appreciate that this may cause some inconvenience, considering the circumstances we are all in, I’m sure that everyone understands the situation.

In cases where this means that customers boats spend extra time ashore or afloat that they would not have done in more normal circumstances, there will, of course, be no additional charges made for this.
We will post further updates as the situation changes but if you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01326 372121 or enquiries@mylor.com

I would like to thank all our customers for their support and understanding over this highly unusual situation and we look forward to welcoming you back to Mylor Yacht Harbour once things are back to normal. In the meantime, please take care and stay well.

Best regards

Neil Salter
Managing Director
