Sailing Legends Visit Mylor Yacht Harbour
We’re pleased to welcome sailing legends Mark Slats and Susie Goodall, to Mylor Yacht Harbour while they make their final race preparations for the 2019 AZAB Race
“We needed a couple of days to dry out and finish some last minute preparations to the boat before the start of the AZAB and Mylor was recommended to us. I’ve never been to Mylor before, it’s a great place and everyone has been really welcoming and helpful. The peaceful location means we can really crack on with what needs to be done in the lead up to the race.” Said Mark
Mark and Susie have teamed up to compete in this year’s AZAB in ‘Maverick’, a Rustler 36 Masthead sloop that Mark completed, and came 2nd, in the 2018 Golden Globe Race. We’d like to wish them all the very best in the 2019 AZAB and would love to welcome them back after the race!
