As one of our most popular self-catering holiday cottages, Kingsmoor cottage provides an unrivalled seafront location positioned at the very front of our bustling traditional Cornish working harbour in Mylor Cornwall. The cottage is steeped in history and has been updated to offer luxury with modern fixtures and fittings but still with a hint of traditional comfort with an open fireplace in the living area.

With the capacity to sleep 6, Kingsmoor cottage has the added benefit of being one of our dog friendly cottages and with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this holiday home is spacious enough to accommodate the whole family or a group of friends.

On the first floor guests can while away the hours watching activities in the bustling harbour from the comfort of the sofa, while others cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen which provides modern appliances including a dishwasher – after all, no one wants to be cleaning dishes on holiday. You can then enjoy dinner in the light and airy dining area while watching the last rays of evening sun disappear from the harbour. There’s also a small private outdoor area.

Guests are treated to spectacular sea views from both floors. On the second floor there is a twin bedroom and one bunk-bedded room and the master bedroom catches the morning sun. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this holiday home is spacious enough to accommodate a variety of holiday parties with ease.

Mylor is located near the maritime town of Falmouth on the South Cornwall coast. There are many things to see and do both on and off the water. With coastal footpaths on your doorstep you can take your 4 legged friend for a walk while taking in the beautiful views across the Fal Estuary. There is also watersports and boat charter facilities located in the harbour which you can take sailing lessons, hire boats and dingies and kayak’s for the day and even charter a boat.
