Walking in Cornwall

While staying in one of our self-catering holiday properties you can make the most of the beautiful south Cornwall coastal pathways that are right on your doorstep.

The footpath to Trefusis Head takes you along the shorefront at Mylor across fields and styles to Trefusis point overlooking Falmouth Bay and then around to the beautiful village of Flushing.

You can also take a charming walk along Mylor creek.

The surrounding area

Explore the tranquil shores of the Fal Estuary stopping in on some strategically placed pubs serving up delicious local delicacies.

Relatively nearby to Mylor are the sub-tropical gardens of Trelissick, Trebah and Glendurgan. All offer a unique and year-round display with spectacular views of the area.

Further afield

The Lost Gardens of Heligan are also well worth the trip over the King Harry Ferry and onto the Roseland. The gardens have a magical feel to them after being left at the end of the nineteenth century.
