Marina Berthing

Dry Berthing
THE PACKAGE
A convenient alternative to keeping your boat afloat. Offering secure shore storage and flexible, on-demand launching all year round.
A dry berthing contract includes storage shore for the contract period and launch cycles.
A launch cycle consists of a launch, haul out and pressure wash.
A minimum charge of 6.1m applies for all Dry Berthing contracts

Storage Ashore

If you are leaving the mast in-situ while your vessel is stored ashore, land legs or a cradle must be used for stability (unless your vessel has twin keels).

Services
BOAT LIFTING & LAUNCHING
£32.00 per metre under 13m LOA
£38.40 per metre for vessels 13m or over
Lift one way for vessels up to 38 tonnes. Price includes;
– Tow to or from the Mylor area mooring or pontoon berths.
– Haul Out or Launch.
– Moving to the dock before launch or handling and chocking ashore after haul out.
– Lifting to or from road transport
– In order to comply with environmental regulations, all boats need to be pressure washed on lift out unless otherwise agreed – charges apply.
PRESSURE WASHING
£9.90 per metre. Price includes;
– Pressure washing below the waterline.
Outdrives on motor boats are charged at an additional £27.25 per outdrive.
TOWING
Tow within the Mylor moorings area.
Vessels up to 7.6m (25ft) – £45.00
Vessels over 7.6m (25ft) – £55.00
RACING SCRUB OR SURVEY SLIP
£32.00 per metre under 13m LOA

Price includes;

CAR & TRAILER PARKING
CAR PARKING TARIFF 2024:
£1.50 – 1 hour

Pay and Display machines are situated in Zones 1,2 and 4.
LONG STAY CAR PARKING:
If you are parking for over 24 hours please park your vehicle in Zones 5 – 10.
(All trailers must be parked in Zones 7 – 10 (an additional cost of £7.50 per day applies).
TRAILER PARKING TARIFF:
Once you’ve launched your small boat or dinghy you can park your trailer in Zone 7 or above in our valley:
