SHIPWRIGHT JOINER

Due to retirement, an opportunity has arisen for a Shipwright to join Mylor’s Marine Team services department who collectively provide maintenance, refit and repair work for a diverse range of leisure and commercial vessels.

Experience and skill in the repair and maintenance of wooden boats is essential, as is the ability to carry out other more general work on boats. The capability to also carry out painting, varnishing or GRP work in addition to high standards of woodworking skills would be a distinct advantage.

The role attracts a competitive salary and is a permanent, full time position. A job description and person specification is available on request.

CLEANER / HOUSEKEEPER

We are seeking a cleaner to support the housekeeping team with the cleaning, turnaround and preparing our 4* holiday accommodation – Mylor Harbourside Holidays

This is a summer season position offering a minimum of 14 hours per week, working Thursday and Friday, 10am until 5pm. At busy times additional hours may be available.

Experience is desirable though training can be provided for the candidate with the right approach.  Applicants need to be flexible, motivated and have an eye for detail.  A good customer service attitude is essential due to the nature of the business.
