Mylor Water Taxi Update 30/06/20
As we head into July and the Government eases restrictions further, I wanted to write with an update on the water taxi service.
From the 1st July we will be extending our hours of operation for the water taxi, fuel, and marina office services.
- Monday – Thursday: 09.00 – 18.00
- Friday – Sunday: 09.00 – 20.00
In order to maintain social distancing and keep everyone as safe as possible, the water taxi service will remain operating with a maximum of four passengers and visiting just one vessel per trip.
All trips must be pre-booked using the dedicated phone number 01326 254974, between the hours of 9am and 12pm each day.
I would like to thank everyone for supporting the changes implemented so far and understanding our desire to maintain social distancing. Nobody wants a further lockdown situation, even locally, so we will continue to do what we can to try and keep the virus at bay.
From Saturday 4th July we will also be welcoming visiting boats to the marina and our facilities block will be fully open. We may have to limit the number of boats on the visitor pontoon to ensure social distancing can be maintained on the pontoons and in the facilities. As many of you use the pontoon for nights alongside, I would like to request that you book or give us notice that you wish to use the pontoon in order to help us manage the available space.
