Falmouth Week is a ‘must go’ in the event calendar of locals and visitors alike. Its one of Falmouth’s is a major attractions with its origins as a local sailing regatta dating back at least as far as 1837.
The week has grown in popularity over the years and evolved into not only a major sailing competition in the South West but also an opportunity for sailors and landlubbers to enjoy the many daytime and evening events in the town.
There is so much to see and do throughout the week from family friendly activities on The Moor, various sailing races on the water from Sunday to Saturday, and exciting evening entertainment at Events Square.
Head to the harbour to view the various sailing races on the water from Sunday to Saturday. Alternatively, you can view the sailing from the banks of the River Fal or Pendennis headland, both equally showcase the spectacular scenery Falmouth has to offer.
