Blue River Table presents ‘Women of Marine’.

An evening of inspiring talks, food and conversation for women with a connection to the marine world.

It is set to be an evening of inspiring talks, delicious locally-sourced food and
conversation that has been curated to bring together a fantastic community
of women with a connection to the marine world.

Blue River Table is a restaurant boat operating on the Fal Estuary, it is the
creation of Charlotte Whyte and Jess Harris who set out on a journey to
develop something that incorporated their love of the local waterways,
traditional boats and an exploration of fresh food and delicious flavours.

This event has been created as an opportunity for women to come together
from sailors to scientists, boat builders to historians. Whether you are looking
to start a career in the marine industry or you are a well established part of it
we hope this will be an occasion to meet each other and grow our
community.

We are pleased to announce that the first of our confirmed speakers will be Jo
Ruxton MBE. Founder of ocean generation, passionate ocean activist, marine
conservationist and film maker.

What to expect:
When you arrive at the venue at 5pm you will be guided down to the water
where you will collect your complimentary processo or soft drink from
‘Tethra.’ There will then be time to enjoy your drink and chat before the talks
begin at 6pm.

Included within your ticket price is a delicious, locally sourced and freshly
prepared Main course, dessert and welcome drink.
We are also very excited that Loveday Gin will be providing the bar for this
