Effingham

Effingham is one of our spacious ground floor apartments with the capacity to sleep 4 people plus the dog. It has two bedrooms, one master double room with an ensuite bathroom and a twin room adjacent which has an ensuite shower room.

The separate open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area is spacious and bright and the fully equipped kitchen comes fitted with a dishwasher which means there is no need to draw straws to determine who does the dishes. But if you don’t want to cook while you are on holiday you can sample the delicious menus from our onsite café and restaurant which are open all year round. When the sun is shining you can take advantage of the private terrace area which offers space for the perfect BBQ.

This 4 star, self-catering holiday apartment sits in the beautiful location of Mylor Harbour near Falmouth. The apartment offers the comfort and mod cons of city living with the benefit of being by the sea and an ideal spot to explore the south coast of Cornwall with family and friends.

This apartment may not have sea views but it’s only a stone’s throw away from the water. There is also the advantage of the coastal footpath just a few paces from your front door.
